As a licensed clinical psychologist, the psychotherapy services I provide are covered under most major medical health plans. I am not an in-network provider on any insurance plans. As an out-of-network provider, I collect fees directly from you, and provide you with a statement with which you can file a claim for reimbursement. Should you wish to file an insurance claim, I am happy to provide assistance to help you with that process. Please feel free to call me with any questions about insurance and fee policies.
The fee for an initial consultation and all CBT-I sessions is $230.00. Ongoing psychotherapy sessions are billed at $215.00. For your convenience, I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

This notification is provided to you as required by the “No Surprises Act,” a part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
- Under the law, I am required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- I am required to give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
